Disclaimer
The BAC reading obtained by correct use of this device is only considered
accurate at the time you test yourself. Neither the manufacturer, distributor
nor owner accepts liability or responsibility due to any action or claim
arising from the result produced by this unit, whether used correctly
or incorrectly. The Analyser should be used as a guide only, and is not
intended to deliver an exact BAC reading. The unit cannot be used as evidence
in a court of law.
When you use the Breathanalyser feature of IMSMAAT, if either the red
or the yellow lights illuminate, it is an indication that alcohol has
entered your blood stream. After you ingest alcohol, your Blood Alcohol
Concentration (BAC) will continuously change as the alcohol is absorbed
or released from your blood stream. This change will be affected by environmental
conditions such as temperature and humidity, by other foods that you may
have ingested, and by your metabolism. Your BAC can vary significantly
within a small period of time, and it can continue to rise for up to 2
hours after cessation of drinking.
When you purchase, insert the batteries, or use the IMSMAAT Breathanalyser,
you accept the above Disclaimer.
